Negotiation:error – no acceptable variant

We faced this issue with Review function of Magento, it can't access this function without index.php in the url. We spent many hours to research about this issue. Finally we found out the solution for it. You need to turn mod_negotiation OFF by adding the below line in Apache configuration file: 
Options -Multiviews
After that you need to restart your Apache service. That's all.
